I offer virtual therapy in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan. My practice is rooted in compassion, connection, and a deep respect for your lived experience.

I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating body image concerns, disordered eating, and the complex emotions that often accompany these struggles. With both professional and lived experience, I work from a body liberation lens, grounded in the belief that all bodies are good bodies—deserving of respect, care, and dignity.

In addition, I have a strong focus on supporting people through mental health challenges such as depression and persistent thoughts of suicide. I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe space where we can explore the root causes of distress—including trauma, systemic oppression, and inequality—without fear or shame. I am passionate about reducing the stigma around suicidal ideation and helping people feel truly understood.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and person-centered. I draw from several evidence-based modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, at a pace that feels right for you.
